Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets

As Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets, Stephen Mark focuses on originating, advising and executing syndicated equity offerings for corporate clients in the alternative investment space. His responsibilities include structuring transactions and facilitating communications between companies and investors in a way that benefits both parties. Steve brings over two decades of experience in the financial services industry to Emerson Equity. He has previously worked in the Investment Banking Groups of Bank of America Securities, Houlihan Lokey and PaineWebber. His focus at those firms was on the structuring and completion of IPO equity offerings, M&A transactions and private placements of alternative securities for clients. Steve earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and his JD from McGeorge School of Law (University of the Pacific). Steve holds the following FINRA licenses: 7, 24, 63, 65 & 79.
